Rosie
Fitness Coach
Rosie is newly qualified personal trainer and has a great enthusiasm to motivate and help people reach their fitness goals. She has a major passion for the gym and is always pushing limits within herself and people around her. She finds fitness a way to bring people together and create a sense of community.

Katie
Fitness Coach
Katie is a strong charismatic personal trainer along side being a sports massage therapist. She is very passionate about teaching her clients to understand the importance of moving well. Katie is a keen team player and has competed in numerous functional fitness events such as Hyrox, Athx, Battle cancer and taken part in marathons and trail run events. Katie's knowledge and understanding for fitness is unmatched, she is a great asset to our team at the fitness barn.

Joe
Fitness Coach
Joe is a motivated and passionate personal trainer with a unique background and expertise having competed and trained in many of sports from football to combat sports like Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. Joe possesses a diverse skill set and deep understanding of different training methodologies. This specialist knowledge helps Joe not only achieve clients goals but also keep them engaged and motivated throughout their fitness journey.
